Rates
Fee for service: $200 per session / $200 - $250 initial consultation (60-90minutes depending on complexity); assessment and/or referral.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Do I have out-of -network coverage?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited and individual case basis.
Payment
Fee for Service: Cash or check accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up or cancel your scheduled therapy appointment, 24 hour advance notice and/or rescheduled session within the same week are necessary, otherwise you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
